About Us

How we started

The Triumph Owners' Motorcycle Club was formed in 1949. For information about the main organisation, go to the National TOMCC site.

The Bexley Branch was formed in 1984 by members of the Mighty South London branch who lived in Kent and were finding it difficult to cover the distance to branch meetings in South West London. The requisite 15 TOMCC members agreed to start up a branch based in Bexley and after meeting at a succession of different venues the branch settled at the Pied Bull in Farningham.

When the future of the Pied Bull became very uncertain in early 2000, the club decided to make a trial move up the road to the Farningham Hotel on the main road. Although we were made to feel very welcome throughout the time we met there, the club continued to monitor the situation at the Pied Bull.

By the time of the next annual general meeting of the branch in February 2001, the Pied Bull had benefitted from a complete refurbishment and a change of management, so club members voted to return there for the foreseeable future.

Membership is currently around 170 with an active contingent of about 50.

Where we meet

There is an informal branch meeting every Tuesday evening from 8:00pm at:
